Visitors share your content with their friends on Hyves in one click and these friends share your content with their friends.

  • Hyvers’s friends see your content on Hyves and visit your website.

Add to your site?
  1. Click on the button 'Check the meta-data of your page' to see which meta-tags your website is already showing.
  2. Add OpenGraph tags to your meta tage to improve the description of your website . If you don’t use OpenGraph meta tags,you ave to check if your "title" and "meta name="description" tags are right. More information on OpenGraph.
  3. Click on the button 'Create your own button' to create a button you in the Generator.
  4. Add the HTML-code to your website.

 

Restrictions
  • If your webpage is not open to all our servers can’t get to your meta-tags. A Respect! Button won’t work if you add it to a webpage which you can access after login or on a local server.
  • Hash-tag, all information after the #-sign in the URL is neglected. For example: http://www.hyves.nl#foobar is recognized as http://www.hyves.nl. Subdomains (foobar.hyves.nl) are seen as unique URLs.
