RTL

RTL is a broadcasting company which holds several TV and Radio stations. Like RTL4, RTL5 and Radio 538. RTL released a new site for their TV stations. They use the following techniques from Hyves on their program pages:

- Badges to show content from Hyves (HyvesConnect JS)
- Hyves Respect Button to promote the programs on Hyves (HyvesConnect JS)
- Smart buttons to promote the communities on Hyves around programs (HyvesConnect JS)

For example The Ultimate Dance Battle (TUDB). This is a program where dancing teams battle against each other. To involve the fans at home they interact with them in their community through Hyves. The fans can win prizes, vote on teams and see exclusive video's of the program. Hyves Connect helps to stimulate this interaction.
The Hyves badge shows the amount of fans on TUDB community on Hyves. When you're logged in to Hyves you don't see random members in the Badge but you will first see your own friends who already joined the TUDB community on Hyves.

The program also uses the Respect! button and smart buttons to promote the program on Hyves. Visitors on the TUDB website can send links to interesting content to their friends on Hyves. In return the friends from the Hyver wil visit the TUDB website.
